Overview & Calendar

Continuing Education classes are designed both for amateurs interested in learning a new skill and for professionals who seek to strengthen their technical understanding. Small class sizes and fully equipped facilities make NBSS a great learning environment for students of all abilities.

CE classes are taught by accomplished professionals and master craftspeople, including many who are graduates of NBSS Full-Time programs. Lectures, demonstrations, and bench exercises are combined in class to provide students with a range of information and practical experience.

COVID-19 Update

Although there is no known exposure to COVID-19 among the NBSS community, we have followed the recommendation of local officials and closed NBSS through Friday, May 29. All Continuing Education classes for the spring semester (through May 31) have been cancelled.

If you registered for a Continuing Education (CE) class that takes place between now and May 31, you should have received an email with further instructions.

If you have registered or plan to register for a class after May 31 and your class is canceled, we will contact you via email and you will have the option to receive a full refund.

To read more about what NBSS is doing to protect the health of our community, please visit our COVID-19 page for regular updates and resources.

Please direct any CE questions to continuingeducation@nbss.edu. For general questions unrelated to CE classes, please contact info@nbss.edu. We appreciate your cooperation and hope to see you at NBSS soon.
