How do I get to NBSS? Is there Parking?

Public transit: we are conveniently located near multiple service routes and the neighborhood is very walkable. The closest MBTA stop is Haymarket on the Orange and Green Lines, and the Aquarium stop on the Blue line is slightly father away. There are also a number of options for bus service.

Biking: If you plan to visit by bicycle, we have a rack located across from our building where you can lock your bike. Our facility is also one block away from a Hubway bike share.

Driving: The School does not have a dedicated lot, and on-street parking in the North End is difficult to find. If you plan to drive, your best option is to park in the Parcel 7 parking garage and walk to the School. We validate Parcel 7 tickets at our front desk as follows:

  • $1 for up to 2 hours of parking
  • $3 for up to 3 hours of parking
  • Longer than 3 hours - $13 an hour with no validation discount.

Note: Google Maps (not Mapquest) and most GPS systems prefer 95 New Sudbury Street as the garage address. Click here for a map of the parking garage with walking directions to 150 North Street.

Does NBSS provide lodging or accommodations?

If your visit includes an overnight stay, you are welcome to view our list of local accommodations. We encourage you to look for special deals online, as many downtown Boston hotels offer deals through online travel sites.
